No. Start by describing the home you have in mind, then explore and refine the result in 3D. If you already have a floor plan, you can import it instead.
Personal is a starting point for your own home and a few design ideas. Studio adds more saved projects, version history, and GLB export. Studio Plus increases project capacity and the monthly AI allowance for frequent use.
You can explore plans, sign up, and manage your subscription on your phone. For precise layout and 3D editing, we recommend a computer with a mouse and keyboard. Sign in with the same account on desktop to access your saved projects.
Manual editing uses no AI credits. Creating a home, importing drawings, and AI edits use credits based on the processing required. Larger drawing sets can use more credits than a small edit. Credits are checked automatically when you start an AI action. Unused reserved credits are returned when it finishes; a credit does not equal one house.
No. The included allowance refreshes monthly on both billing options. Yearly billing gives you two months free on the subscription price.
You can continue manually editing your existing spaces. To use more AI, choose a higher plan or wait for your next monthly allowance. Additional charges will require your approval.

We return credits for system failures that produce no usable model. A completed model can still need review and editing against its original drawing.
