Privacy policy
Spatrix stores only what is needed to save your work, operate the product, and improve reliability.
Information we process
When you sign in, we may receive your account identifier, email address, and display name. We store project names, building snapshots, uploaded blueprint files, feedback, subscription status, and limited product events such as saves, exports, and failures.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, process subscriptions, save and restore projects, provide exports, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, understand feature usage, and improve Studio. We do not use your blueprints or projects to train AI models.
Storage and service providers
Project and subscription records are stored in Neon Postgres, uploaded files in Cloudflare R2, authentication is provided by Clerk, payments are processed by Stripe, and product analytics are processed by PostHog. These providers may process data where they operate.
Analytics
PostHog receives pageviews, a stable account identifier, and product events such as starting Studio, uploading a blueprint, saving a project, exporting a file, or completing checkout. We do not send blueprint contents, project geometry, project names, or payment-card details to PostHog, and session recording is disabled.
Retention and deletion
Blueprints are private to the account that uploaded them. Files attached to a project are removed when that project is deleted. Unattached uploads are automatically removed after 24 hours, and each account has a bounded upload allowance.
Your choices
You can delete individual projects from your workspace. For account-data access or deletion, send a request through the feedback page and include the email associated with your account.
Updates
We may update this policy as Spatrix evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Last updated September 8, 2026.
